  • Im truly disappointed with the service! I have had no problems with place and i have been to this location 5 days a week for the past 2 weeks because my schedule changed and needed a coffee boost! I went in because there was a line and didnt want to stay im my car for it. The cashier is new which i dont mind her learning she showed good effort and wanting to do her best. The problem i had was the guy training her. I ordered a large hazelnut iced coffee with cream and sugar. She made my drink. I took a sip and it was vanilla. I noticed that they are next to each other its a simple mistake. I tell the guy nicely about the mistake he said he would put hazelnut in it i felt like i had no choice said ok. The customers in line voiced shouldnt you just make her a new drink? He handed my drink back and still didnt taste right. He then made a new drink which tasted more like what i have been getting for the last two weeks. All this time he did this with an irritated face no smile no apology. I understand that this job is crazy at times because everyone is coming in at once. I will find my coffee else where
