| - Living in the Valley of the Sun with a Black Vehicle and Black Leather Interior can chap your hide... literally! My 2005 Dodge Ram's original tint job was in need of an upgrade... bad. The front two windows were only minimally tinted at best, and the rear windows were rated at roughly 19%... so it was BAKING every time I got in for a drive. To make it worse, the front two were peeling and bubbling. Time for the upgrade. After an exhaustive search of Yelp, friend's recommendations, and online hunting... I asked for a quote (through Yelp) from Cactus Window Tint and got a response from the owner, Rick. He was as detailed as possible in his response and got back to me quickly, which I completely appreciated considering the competition took 3-5 days, or ignored the quote request all together.
Called them this morning to set up an appointment and they said "Come on down! We'll get you taken care of TODAY!"
Sabrina was the person at the front desk that explained all the options, their benefits, cost savings vs. heat reduction, etc. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and not at all a sales pusher... she listened to what I was looking for and worked with me to make sure I got exactly that... and did NOT push anything else. HOW AWESOME IS THAT?! I can't even get a car wash without the sales person trying to up-sell me 3 or 4 times.
Even better, while I was waiting for my vehicle to be completed, I saw how well Sabrina dealt with each and every customer, working with them to ensure she made them feel completely satisfied with their vehicle's appearance and desired tint job.
The shop did such a great job on replacing the tint on the front two, I immediately asked if they could go ahead and do the rear cab and back window, too... THEY DID! It looks fantastic and I can already feel the difference in the heat inside. I LOVE IT!
I grabbed a few of her cards on the way out to hand out to friends and family so they will know they have a reputable and professional shop to take their vehicles too.
