  • FANTASTIC sushi. Probably my favorite place for sushi in the Summerlin area. I've tried them all. As other places tend to lose quality over time, Hanabi has stayed consistent. I first came with a large party with coworkers, and the owner was very friendly, hospitable, and available for our questions. The food was so fresh, we couldn't stop eating. They were also very accommodating for vegetarian dietary preferences for some of our group. Since then, I've come multiple times and always had a great time. Service has been friendly and fast, and the food has always been perfect. Can't wait to go again.
