  • Popped in here looking for a cat carrier. The fellow working there was so helpful. I will say that I found their selection of carriers very minimal. I ended up purchasing a soft carrier, and even though I had my pet's measurements, I found it was a poor purchase on my part when I got home. When I looked at the receipt, it was evident I wouldn't be able to return the carrier for a refund as they only offer store credit or exchange; neither of which works for me. You live, you learn!
