  • I tried calling in a phone order and was put on hold for over 30 minutes. When I got there, Alex, the owner's son had replaced the women who usually works there. Viva Nepotism! The hot sauce station is dirty and there is no manager any where to be found. The boy didn't even apologize. It's been over an hour and I'm still sitting here waiting. NO MAS!
