  • We had one incident where our ceiling in the second bedroom was caving in due to water damage and it was not dangerous but was not fixed. This was more cosmetic than anything and aside from that we have always had high response rate and office has always been so friendly including the community. We signed another year and we are very picky people and want to feel safe in our own home with our children. With the company and office itself, we have had absolutely no issues and have always been greeted and treated with respect
