The worst customer service and sales experience possible. Sadly I had high expectations since the other hardware store chain is allegiant to the corrupt president. I walked out of this store both frustrated and without purchasing the items I wanted/ordered. I went in to pick up my items I had reserved online the night before. The cashier could not process my credit card and indicated it was declined. When I checked with my bank the card was declined due to the wrong expiration date being entered. The card was valid and I had plenty of credit...
So, I returned to this same store at 245pm. I was greeted by a customer service representative who knew nothing about online orders and another customer service rep had to assist him with locating the order and then processing it again. Once again the order took a long time to process and resulted in them deciding to do an in store purchase instead. That did not work either! Then they decided to just sell me my two items from the store directly. The male associate had to ring up my purchases yet AGAIN. When my card was read as a debit instead of a credit and would not go through TWICE I decided then that Lowes is not in the hardware business nor do they wish to make money based on their staffs incompetence and their lack of functioning technology.
The amount of time that it took to go through all this shenanigans and to be declined, not authorized wait for incompetent staff to not know how to ring up a purchase was 1. FRUSTRATING and 2. INTOLERABLE and a WASTE OF MY TIME!!!!
