  • i live in tempe so i usually dont go to any dispensaries up there but i thought i would try this place and the meds were good with sweet skunky smell and potent too! i would recommend it to anyone that lives in scottsdale. its a kind of small place and seemed to have a rush when i was there and dreaded having to wait but it was surprisingly fast and we all got free lighters too! so over all the service was nice, friendly and efficient. me and my friend both liked the place, it seemed very mellow with comfortable seating and big TVs. this place has a very professional feeling i dont like going to a dispensary and feeling like "is this place REALLY legal?" monarch isn't like that at all.
