  • Nice store but lousy customer support. A bit pricey on all the bulk items which apparently you need to write a code on your bag in order to check out. I'm from Pittsburgh, PA recently relocated to Phoenix. We have Trader Joe's, Aldi's, and the Strip District where over half the stores are "Bulk"'items and the cashiers know "the product codes" or are happy to get them for you. I failed to follow the "Sprouts"protocol and at the checkout the "cashier" copped an attitude fit for a three year old! Not mention there was a huge line with two cashiers. What are they Walmart? I was soooo tempted to just tell her keep it all I'll shop somewhere else! Probably will find a Trader Joe's instead! Good enough for a short stop but DO NOT Recommend for weekly grocery shopping. Terrible experience!!! Hope your reading Sprouts!
