My absolute favorite way to exercise ever! It's fun and each time I come the instructors change it up so it's never exactly the same so there is no getting bored which was always a complaint of mine with others workouts. I totally recommend the Dailey Method to anyone. The instructors are all so helpful and friendly (Tarra, June and Jodi) and I enjoy my hour with them every time I go. I have noticed an extreme change in my body since starting in October and I am looking forward to seeing more changes in the future!
