Its a feeling of country mediterranean with the vintage floorboards straight from the 80s. The open kitchen and a variety of vintage items hanging from the walls give it a diner feel. Yet sophisticated with chandaliers and plate settings. It was great! They really suggested sharing plates, almost like a family feel to it. I didnt know what to expect. We came on around 330 so in between lunch and dinner
The food!
So we ordered the Super Grains salad which was THE BOMB DOT COM! It was romaine lettuce topped with a nice ripe avacado. It was bedazzled with quinoa raisins and a citrus with just the right amount of a lemon vineagarette type dressing. It had a sweet yet nutty taste with the quinoa. It was gone in about 5 minutes. Smh
We also ordered the lemon oregano chicken sandwhich. A complete misnomer because it was like an open salad over a miltigrain toast with a basil pesto mayo and mint leaves. The chicken was roasted well and pulled perfectly. It was very succulent and juicy. It also blended well with the salad as the leaves werent too cold or crunchy. The tomatoes cucumbers and onions gave it a fresh taste. It was hard to tell the dressing but it was great.
Overall it was awesome! Highly recommend the above items mentioned. You wont be disappointed. The other foods on the menu also look great, will def be back. They also have a variety of wine and beers available.
