| - I am only giving this place one star because I have to put in something but truth is, I would give it no stars if possible. Going back a year, I had made an appointment for a facial and massage and while the spa (then Body Solutions) was kind enough to split the package up for me, when I arrived for the massage portion of my treatment, I was told an appointment was not showing up in their system. After going back and forth with them and treated horribly, I demanded a refund for that portion and left. I tried to contact the owner to no avail.
After winning a gift certificate in a raffle just recently (lucky me, not!!), I scheduled a facial and body scrub appointment. I showed up and once again, my appointment was nowhere to be found on their computer system. I was told that it could be rescheduled but it was with a tone of "who really cares." I explained my prior situation and how upset I was the first time around and the fact that the same thing was happening again was inexcusable. I happened to be talking to Ingrid, the manager, who really seemed annoyed with my being upset and in fact, rolled her eyes at the employee sitting next to her. I told her I really didn't appreciate her attitude. She replied by standing up, slapping her hands on the desk and telling me that "my business was no longer welcome here." I'm sorry - whose fault again was this that my appointment wasn't properly scheduled?
I am now on a mission and will be contacting the owners and franchisee's of this place. Good deal or not, if the place is represented by such crass, low-class customer service, then they don't deserve my business!! In a service-driven industry, this is simply inexcusable. The location is situated in a large, high-end community of North Scottsdale, very close to a large elementary school, which my kids attend. I will have no problem sharing my story with anyone and everyone and will go out of my way to do so.
