When the company was Wilburn, before they were bought by Abra (or whatever), the customer service was amazing. I never has any problems with them. They could see you the same day and get you out with a rental car no problem.
Now that they are under new management the wait time is almost 2 months to schedule repairs and they expect you to make multiple trips to the shop. The secretary, M, was very curt when I called and spoke to her and when I arrived at the office the next day she denied talking to me and acted like I just showed up unannounced when I had an appointment made. The whole thing was sketchy and unprofessional.
I ended up leaving and taking my business elsewhere. The whole experience was a total waste of time. It's a shame they still use the name "Wilburn" because it's is deceiving since they don't provide the type of service Wilburn was known for.
