  • My husband and I were very excited to get our first family photos with our baby taken and left severely disappointed with the customer service we received as well as the product. We waited for 30 minutes with our baby before finally getting our pictures taken. We were not given an option on a background (I naively assumed it was added later so I did not ask). The photographer really struggled to stage poses and to capture our baby's smiles. After the shoot, we waited an hour to view our photos. I was appalled with the results. I expected not to have many with our baby smiling but I did not expect such poor quality. The majority of the photos were overexposed, in many my child's body was cut out of the frame in awkward areas, there are blown out areas in the background, the curtains in the background appear wrinkled and bunched up. These pictures literally looked like they were taken by someone who has never touched a camera before. We only purchased the disc with photos because we spent an entire afternoon getting these photos taken. I will not recommend this studio anyone and definitely will not be returning.
