  • I currently have three properties covered with them. None will be renewed. They sent out a "plumber" to check on a burned out disposal motor. The "plumber" stuck his hand down the drain, called the office, and came back with, "they don't want to cover this." And Jessica at the office? Yikes! Develop some customer services skills. They're only in business to collect your $55 service call fees.
