  • Booked a shuttle to the airport from my hotel. Waited 30 minutes past the agreed upon pick up time, and it still didn't arrive. During my wait, i called their # and was on hold for about 15 minutes, and never was able to talk to anybody. Ended up having to take a taxi. I sent an email to the hotel i was at urging them to not associate with this awful service. I'd encourage other reviewers who have had this bad experience (which it looks like there are a lot of you) to do the same.
