| - I had 8 windows replaced and a French door put in about 2 years ago and could not be happier about the overall experience. The sales team was just the right mix of professional, informative, and personable and not pushy at all. The windows really do sell themselves and I feel like they have been well worth the initial investment. My electric bills have decreased drastically. I use to pay over $300 during the summer months to keep my 1,800 square home about 68 degrees, but now they are just about $200. Also, my bill over the last couple months has not been over $75.
Besides making my house more energy efficient, the overall look of my home has improved. The installation crew took great pride in their work and sure seemed to function like a well oiled machine. So much so, that I treated them (Mike and Jim were their names) to Jamba Juice smoothies that day. They replaced all the existing trim and window encasing I had and took the time to make the end product look fantastic, as there were some less-than-perfect existing conditions with a couple of the window openings. To this day they still look brand new and I love my true scene screens. I can't even tell that they are there which is great except for the fact that neither can my standard poodle when the window is open and the screen is closed. Thank goodness they are durable!
I would recommend anyone give Renewal by Anderson a call if they are in the market for new windows. The whole company was fantastic to do business with. The girls in the office were so sweet and helpful and answered all of my questions. The sales team does good follow up and always seem to be available. I like that the installation crew members are all employees of the company and have been working together for years. As someone who's had a lot of home improvements done, it was so nice to work with a company that takes such pride in their product, service, and customer satisfaction.
