  • I've been to this location two or three times now, for both glasses and contacts. I used to go to chain stores because I found an eye doctor I liked, but my insurance changed and I chose Western Reserve. This is a very nice location and my experience with all of the doctors, technicians and desk staff have been very positive. The exams are very thorough and focused on eye health as it relates to overall health, which i appreciate. They have a great selection of frames although they are geared more toward high end designers - however, when I asked to see slightly lower cost frames there was no problem at all. I'll definitely keep going back.
