Making the appointment and office hours were great. However, from the moment I walked in the office to the moment I walked out, it felt rushed and uncomfortable and EVERY single staff member seemed so damn annoyed to be there. The doctor's body language and facial expressions while doing my son's exam was so uncomfortable. Picking out 2 sets of glasses for two different people was rough and I didn't even end up get any for myself because I wanted to hurry up and leave. I also called today to see if I could make a change to the order for my child's glasses and the response I get is "you won't be refunded if you make changes" I get that, clearly, but that wasn't my question, then I'm told she will let the optician know.... so I'm left wondering if she even heard my question. Every interaction I've had has been rude and made to feel that I am a nuisance. I went with Vision Wellness because they are the preferred vendor with my insurance, I will not be returning, besides to pick up my sons glasses.
