Absolutely the most horrible customer service on the planet. Not only do they not have phone etiquette- their so- called Manager, Jennifer is the WORST representation of Management there could ever be. I don't think any more insult can be made to the title of Manager. Abrasive and abrupt and lacks understanding of the English language and lacks listening skills galore! It is unthinkable that the owner of this company would employ such an ill mannered human being.
