I would give no stars if it was an option. I've been to Fabuleux one other time, after which I received a "Thank you valued customer" email for $10 off any service. I went on Wednesday, August 30 for a manicure. First, the young man doing the manicure seemed rushed. They didn't appear to be busy, but who knows. I asked for the manicure which includes a sugar scrub massage. He stated that it was too messy for a manicure and usually it is reserved for pedicures although it is listed in their pricing folder. I wasn't in the mood to argue so I said fine, just a regular manicure. I must say it was the quickest manicure I've ever had. When I went to pay, I showed him my "valued customer" email. He stated that it didn't include manicures although he admitted that no where on the email does it say that. He stated that it was the fault of the company they use for their advertising. When I stated that by law he needed to honor it, he appeared not to understand. Again, I was not in the mood to argue over $10 so I paid for the manicure and left although I won't be returning. Beware of their promotional emails.
