  • I wish I would have read these reviews before walking into this store. My entire experience was awful. Do not expect acceptable service from this company. They promise dates for pick up and them change them without telling you (twice). If you cannot take your purchase home with you that day...RUN, RUN as fast as you can to a better ran business. The only nice thing I have to say is the manager was nice when he was explaining how they screwed me for the second time. I wish it was possible to give no stars. If you have the same experience I had please contact their corp offices in Ohio (866) 823-7867
