  • OK place to go but very expensive. Prices are way above brand name dealer. Their sales pitch is guaranteeing the work and labor for 2 years/40000 KM but it is ONLY sales pitch since no certificate of warranty or any piece of paper given. When tried to use this warranty/ guarantee, then the car problem was fully downplayed. On one occasion, when did an oil change, they charged me separately for topping up windshield washer fluid ($2 -$3)!!!, Also are very arrogant and they do not like to be questioned at all. Agree with previous comment that they make you feel like they are doing you a favor. This shop may be OK but there are much better ones in Oakville.
