Russ also happens to be the salesperson for Scottsdale Air, a local company of which we are longtime customers, who recently helped us purchase and install a new AC unit on our home. When shopping for a large appliance that you will need to rely on for years, and trying to compare and evaluate the quality of the various units that all seem to be manufactured by the same company under various brands, the thing you most want to find is someone you can trust. Scottsdale Air + Russ = trust. Yes, we (me and the wife) knew early on that we could trust Scottsdale Air via Russ to sell us the right unit (not more or less than needed), at a fair price (not always "cheapest"), assure we received our rebates, and place it on our new roof (installed at the same time) with the utmost professionalism. And visually as beautiful a job as possible to boot! It is this very level of high confidence - that Scottsdale Air will be there when we need them for years to come (because there is no AC unit in AZ that doesn't need some love during or after a brutal summer) - that sealed the deal on this process for us.
