  • I have been looking for a good Dr. for a very long time. So I was really excited to go to Live Well Family Medicine after the good Yelp reviews I had read. I made my appointment for Wednesday, December 6th at 11:00a.m through zoc doc. I got the confirmation text sent to my phone. Everything was set. I got to the office at 10:40 so I could fill out paperwork since I was a new patient. The office was nice and clean and the girls at the front were nice. But I waited for a very long time. The office didn't seem very busy but I didn't get to see anyone until about 11:20. After the nurse took my vitals, I was sent to a room where I waited some more. Finally at about 11:48 I couldn't wait any longer. No one had come to check on me or to give me an update with when the dr would be coming. I left. I'm really disappointed since I was really looking forward to liking this office.
