  • From the moment I walked in and was greeted by a receptionist to the personal care I received from the doctor and her associates - I was more than pleased with the care and attention I received a Western Reserve Vision Care. I had been feeling some discomfort with my current contacts (from a general online site) and I had a feeling my vision had gotten worse as objects appeared blurry so I went in to have Dr. Vincent examine me. She listened to my concerns and gave me a thorough eye exam and found that I have an astigmatism and walked me through what that meant as well as gave me options of contacts that would work better for me. I felt that my health was a top priority to all of the specialists there and as usual I asked about a million questions and each time they happily answered and explained things to me. I will definitely be a returning customer.
