I actually hired these incompident unaccountable thieves a few years ago. and it was bad.
I never dreamed they could be worse! first time I booked 2 hours, they cleaned okay at best, and as they mopped out the door literally I thought OH MY WORD! never again..
Well I hired "The Maids" which I will be heading to review next. They never showed up. I am disabled, and I jus spent 2 months with pneumonia, so when "The Maids" with no reviews here on Yelp didn't show up, I was in a desperate situation. Usually I never have my 9 year old with me, during a cleaning so I can watch, but she was home. and I hid all my credit cards check books and anything important. (so I thought) They spent 8 man hours cleaning, and I decided I wanted it done, so I agreed. (mistake) they just moved slower... I didn't have them clean one of the bedrooms, or my kitchen other than the floor, so what took so long.? two rooms are not dusted, they broke my brand new electric couch. (how? I don't know) I noticed the next morning some things I take to work missing, It was my first day back at work. so I went out to the garbage (garbage day) while looking for some essential oils by doterra I use I cut myself digging threw the trash, to find my box of important papers with my mortgage and more in it in trash! I found an ivory handled fork from the early 20th century in there with personal pics from my child hood, pillow cases, my favorite tooth paste that they don't make anymore. and much more, and a needle in the haystack my essential oils. so I stopped looking, I called yesterday for them to say hm that never happens. that was how he handled it,Shawn I believe, What a pile of wasted flesh. Then today I went to get some very important papers for my medical supplies, and in the same box I had all my 9 year olds awards, from Karate , spelling bee's and so much more, and it was all gone. I tore the house apart, sneezing often due to nothing being dusted. this is beyond a nightmare. Rosa and Haddie are lazy , good for nothings, I have sworn I will not pay a company again, and I was desperate thanks to the "Maids" don't do business with any of them, OH OH I get paid on a Visa card, I don't use it much but sometimes the pay doesn't go through on my direct deposit and goes to this visa card, I found that in the trash luckily I don't use it, who knows what else is missing. My hear it broken my daughters precious hard work trophies just garbage to people that "live in garbage" Never again! BE LEARY, I have not found a reliable or honest company yet, I guess It is too much to ask for in this day and age, Why do they not want a returning costomer? It is beyond me, I guess it's easier to get new ones since they are thieves and not able to clean I could VOMIT thinking about how Haddie said Rosa doesn't speak English give me your number I live around the corner, I'll be by to clean for you don't go through the company! That speaks volumes eh?
