  • I went into this Fabutan this afternoon to switch over my monthly membership from the Coach Hill location to this one as I just moved to the Kensington area. WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The girl behind the counter (who is apparently a manager) started off by just not being helpful at all on the process to switch over to a new location, not to mention a bit rude. Not helpful I can deal with.. But when she became not only rude but actually condescending in the way she was speaking to me, I actually walked out. I have never done that before but I couldn't believe how bad her attitude was, especially in the customer service industry - and a manager to boot! I have been going to the Coach Hill location for years and the girls there are amazing. This was a complete shock. I will never go back there and this company has now lost my business.
