  • My last visit at this place was so bad it ruined the entire place for me. Had some girl I'd never seen before who was incredibly rude- made a fuss about being politely asked to fix a mistake she had made, and was rude enough about it that I was scared to ask her to fix it again when the first time she "fixed" it she made absolutely no difference and tried to convince me nothing was wrong. After I asked her to fix this one thing, aside from being rude about it, she started rushing and sawing at my nails so hard with the file that the sides of them are all cut up and painful. At the end I was left with uneven nails, smudges in the shellac from where she bumped it with her hands and didn't fix it (at this point I was afraid to ask her to fix anything else), she didn't do the colour I asked for, and then ended up charging me more than I had paid for THE EXACT SAME THING at this place a month earlier, and this place is already over priced compared to other places near by. It was really terrible I was almost in tears
