  • I recently made the mistake of buying a WagJag for this place. The "Super Detailing Package} was supposed to includes a hand wash and dry for the wheels and tires (TIRES LOOK HALF DONE). An interior vacuum and cleaning of the interior glass (GLASS LOOKS LIKE THEY USED AN OILY RAG) as well as a carpet shampoo (WHICH THEY BILLED AN ADDITIONAL $20), an engine shampoo (NOT DONE AT ALL), a super detail of the dash board, centre console, door panel and door jam (DOOR JAMS NOT DONE) as well as the vents, glove box and consoles, and an under carriage cleaning (LITERALLY MUD UNDER THE VEHICLE STILL). A super gloss of all plastics and rubber panels and a 3m 2 stage wax (I CAN'T TELL IF IT WAS WAXED), an air freshener bomb (SMELLS LIKE WET DOG). Upon completion I was billed $55.00 CASH ONLY, no invoice and right into, despite paying $49 for the voucher and the money went directly into the guys wallet. I asked about people paying full price @ $299, when people don't generally carry cash like that, I was told the service was only $70, not the $299 they claim on deal sites. So I just paid $104 for a $70 service. BUYER BEWARE!!! I was told 2 hours, I went back after 3 and my vehicle was not even started. Then I was told to come back in another hour. Aweful business, terrible service and a bunch of scammers. Please take the time to read other reviews prior to utilizing the services of this company. You'll be happy you did.
