  • I'm writing this review more for the customer service than for the store itself (which I adore, because it has an overload of two of my favorite accessories in one place). Every time I go in, I receive the best, most friendly customer service. This was especially true when I went in this last Thursday to ask for a battery replacement on a watch that I bought in February. Lilly was the manager on shift and she was beyond excellent. She agreed that it was much too early for the battery to be dying, so she tried everything to help me, despite the fact that they didn't have the right tools to do a replacement. Lilly even thought about taking my watch herself, to a jeweler that could replace the battery but decided she didn't want to risk any damage that I'd be liable for. Because there's a lot more going on with this watch (bummer) than just poor time-keeping, she decided that it must be a manufacturer defect and will be replacing it with a brand new one. Lilly went above and beyond for me and I appreciate her and all the folks at Chilli Beans, LV for it. She definitely won't regret helping me cause, well, I'm a watch a sunglass hound and I'll definitely be back--with my friends. Thanks, Lilly! You da best!
