  • Flew on american airlines for the first time ever (normally a united fan ) so my expectations where low of this airline but I was pleasantly surprised how nice all the staff was and the flight accommodations. I was traveling along with a 5 month old baby, 2 Cary on and a car seat while juggling blankets and pacifyers. One employee offered to pull my suitcase and bag for me from extreme opposite terminals from the end of 'B' to A29 and a woman offered to carry my son while I hurried through the airport walkpaths. Made a huge difference and had time for a cup of coffee before my flight. Once boarding the plane happened I go reassigned to a empty seat row so I had more room and they gave me a complimentary snack. Super super nice.
