  • Given the high prices on every product in this store, one would imagine that their customer service would be similar to what one might receive at a high-end department store. But better - because we're talking about a smaller business aimed at new parents. Not so much. We waited for months and months without word on our orders (crib, stroller, car seat, etc). Each time we were told that it was coming with the next shipment. Not so. They are disorganized to the extent that they couldn't even keep track of what we had registered for, and what had been purchased for us. I love to support small businesses, but the Ella and Elliot experience lacks the heart and soul that one would and should expect from a spot on Queen West. Your better bet is to go a few more blocks west into Parkdale. Check out This Little Piggy. They're amazing, and they're actually parents who know what the heck they're talking about.
