  • When my husband brought home my birthday cake I was thrilled! It was a beautifully fondant covered round with a massive red sugar rose- my favorite color-spanning the entire top! It was even packaged like a present in a box with a viewing top and tied with a red satin bow! And then we cut into it- it was a moist chocolate cake with a chocolate filling that had a rich cocoa flavor- definitely not a commercially made cake. I would suggest to anyone that would like to make a moment special, that they visit Classic Cakes and Confections. I am just sad that I have to wait a whole year for another birthday cake them!
