  • If you are a blonde looking for a good salon to replace the one that you left behind when you moved (as I did when I relocated), BE CAREFUL. Although the place looks and feels like a hip, NY city salon (along with its over-priced services), IT'S NOT. They don't listen to the customers requests or apparently have the skills to highlight medium brown hair without turning it brassy or orangey--not a hard skill in 2018 with the newest hair color techniques and products. And if you tell them you're unhappy or want it fixed? Expect a MAJOR attitude--even after spending hundreds of dollars. My hair still wasn't fixed when I returned; it was brassy and now more damaged by them. But since I still had the nerve to be unhappy, they told me to go somewhere else, WHICH I WILL; the problem was going there in the first place.....
