This place, oh my. Let me start by saying, I usually have something positive to say about every experience. The x-ray department was very courteous, friendly and they explained everything that was going to happen with great detail and accuracy. They also understood the intense pain I was in and took their time. Thank you. This is the ONLY reason they even got 1 star.
My doctor insisted on giving me something that I had an adverse reaction to and then I was told that he doesn't/won't/refuses to prescribe anything else. So I am supposed to endure this on Tylenol, uhmmm chewing my own leg off would be less painful. I thought this was strange, he has a one stop shop attitude and seemed to take my particular adverseQP reaction as a personal assault. I felt if you can't manage my pain prior to surgery how the heck are you going to do it after surgery. #FAIL
His assistant is rude at best; argumentative and defensive at worst. Her manner is absolutely deplorable. She could use remedial customer service classes. #FAIL
I was told that it is the patient's(my) responsibility to find someone to care for me after my surgery. OK! I found an inpatient facilty for my aftercare/rehabilitation and was told the doctor positively absolutely would not send me there. Once again because he just doesn't do that. As if I had not examined all my particular options before coming to this solution. #FAIL
