  • This is the only year round Farmers Market in Calgary I go to as it is conveniently located and great atmosphere. It's true that SOME prices are fairly up there compared to other grocery stores but it's nice to have freshly grown produce at the same time meeting the farmers that cultivate them. I drop by there every other weekend to pick up items you can't get anywhere else all in one visit. Some of my favorite goods (all natural and no preservatives): 1) borscht from Irena's 2) zebra tomatoes and beans from Gull Valley 3) grain free dog treats from Bon a Pet Treat 4) chocolate gelato from Tutti Frutti They really need to fix up the parking lot as it is a nightmare in the winter (very muddy) but I guess they are moving next year anyways. Check it out before it gets crazy busy in the summer.
