  • We were the first people to live in our apartment .... We moved across the country and was sent pictures of our new home... We were to excited .. The pictures of the pool and apartment looked amazing.... Well when we moved in in June 2015 it was a giant cement hole for the first 3 months we lived here... No one ever apologized or even told us why we were not told the truth be fore we moved in. It looked nice from the outside but looks are deceiving. air-conditioning is super load Hard to talk while it is on , forget about watching TV .. and temp. Is not consistent. A brand new oven that would take over a hour to preheat, a washer that was always breaking, a dishwasher that would run sometimes and a ice maker that water would pour out of multiple times. So basically every brand new appliance. Not to mention the floor... The fake hardwoods would lift just from looking at them. We would hear multiple neighbors when we were in the bathrooms... Weird. Also the Henderson Cops were there just about every other day. And I was spoken to about a security baby gate on my patio for my puppy. !!!! Sad!!!!.. We were perfect tenants.... And clearly not treated as that at all... THe turnover of staff in the clubhouse ... its impossible for the staff to even know who lives there!!... Right before I moved out after living there a year... I went in the clubhouse to ask a question and the girl asked if she could help me with finding my new apartment home with a pamphlet .., I said.. Ummm ... I live here!!!!!!..... Enough said !!!!!! Besides all that The pool is pretty to look at but like I said don't let looks deceive you!!!!
