| - I just finished the FitPro 30 day challenge with my fiance, and we were blown away by the program and (most importantly) the results we saw from it. Tia's workouts are intense and varied, and as a beginner I was honestly terrified going into it because I couldn't do a single pushup. Tia was there every step of the way, providing support, critiquing form, offering advice, fine-tuning our diet, keeping us on track. We scheduled a training session with her for form correction on our major lifts and she expertly diagnosed our issues. The challenge community was so fun and helpful as well. I enjoyed that aspect more than I thought I would. I was a complete beginner doing the level one workouts; some seriously fit people were doing level three. At the end of the 30 days, I'm down an inch from my waist, my fiance is down 10 pounds, and we feel like totally different people. We have so much more energy. I've lost fat in places I had given up on. We've started doing hikes that used to kick my butt just to see how easy they are now. I'm doing pushups for fun now. FOR FUN.
Bottom line, this is different than what you've done. This is different from what you're going to get anywhere else. Whatever your starting point, seriously, just do everything Tia says and watch what your body can do.
