  • VERY impressed. I noticed my water heater broke late Thursday night around 11pm; within one hour of calling Drylux two gentlemen were at my house. They were prompt, efficient and professional. They explained what the water heater loss entailed and what steps I needed to take once they were finished. Not once did I feel they were annoyed with my repeated questions. I have a strict M-F 8-5pm work schedule and they understood how important it was that I didn't miss work. I really appreciated them working around MY schedule and they truly understood this was an inconvenience for me and made it as smooth as they could. I hope I never have something like this happen again but I have some peace of mind knowing that if it does, I know a company that I trust and will be there for me. I will definitely recommend, Thank you Drylux.
