If I could give 0 stars I would. I normally buy my halogen bulbs for my reptiles elsewhere but decided on Saturday to stop in and get what I needed. I bought 3 zoo med halogen bulbs 100watt. One burned out yesterday (4 days after purchase) and 2 today (5days after purchase) I went in and told the girl at the front what happened and she went in the back to get the smart ass, arrogant owner.. he came up with the bulbs and asked 'what did you do to these?' And I said nothing they just burnt out. He then proceeded to accuse me of bringing back old bulbs that were burnt out. I told him I understand how he could think that because my father owned a reptile shop for 10 years, he then proceeded to smirk at me and give me a thumbs up. By this point I was getting frustrated with his horrible attitude and told him I just want new bulbs. He said I will do it this one time but if you come back in I will not do it again. (Still accusing me of trying to cheat him) he kept reminding me as I was grabbing the bulbs that he will not do this again, so I proceeded to tell him I won't be buying bulbs from there ever again. How can you run a business by accusing your customers of cheating you!!? It was horrible customer service and a horrible experience.
