  • After our 12 year old mattress finally bit the dust we started the arduous process of shopping for a new mattress. After trying out some name brand mattresses at another place and being fairly underwhelmed with the quality I saw an ad for R&S online and was happy to find a place that actually makes their mattresses local. Wayne, the salesman, was knowledgeable, friendly and he was great about giving us all the time we needed to make our choice. And boy did we take a ton of time. We actually came back twice and spent ages trialing out mattresses. All the mattresses were super comfortable and very reasonably priced. The mattress we chose, while comfortable, ended up being so tall that I had a very hard time getting in and out of bed (don't be like me and make sure to measure your bed before buying) but we were able to easily exchange it for a different mattress with their 60 day comfort exchange. All in all, R&S made the typically difficult process of buying a new mattress painless. I highly recommend giving them a look if you are in the market for a new mattress.
