  • Last night I had the most delicious and beautiful cut of salmon, perfectly cooked and placed atop a lovely salad. This was a nice meaty thick fresh salmon with the skin on (not those little previously frozen pre-portioned things you get at some places) It was perfect! I have found other fish to be of high quality. They must have a very nice purveyor where they get fresh fish in.
