So, I'm giving them two stars because when I went in for my original scan, everyone was very sweet and the place is really nice.
Unfortunately, the tech couldn't see the heart beat, so they rescheduled us for a week and a half later on a Sunday at 4pm so that my parents could drive into town after church to be there again. Cut to today (Saturday) when I received a call saying I needed to reschedule for Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday because their schedule hadn't filled up enough on Sunday for them to stay late enough for my appointment... Are you kidding me? When I requested to reschedule for the following Sunday so my parents could come into town, Shannon told me I only had until two weeks from my original scan to do it. She suggested I use my scan before Wednesday for just me and my husband and then schedule (and pay for) another scan when my parents could be here. No thanks. I won't be going back to this place at all. A good business model includes doing your best to accommodate your clients. ESPECIALLY if you are the ones that need to reschedule because you don't want to stay that long on a weekend day because you don't think it's worth it.
