  • Very unprofessional. I had to show the repair guy what was wrong with garage door! he lacked in social skills as well. The female who answers the phone for Cactus Garage Doors was just as unprofessional. Caught her in a lie. Unfortunately our home warranty company chose these folks to do the job. Maybe they'll ( home warranty co.)come to their senses!
