  • Leaving reviews for the three SF branches I have worked with. One in CA and two in NV. This is the only one I can't give 5 stars to. Adam seems like a nice enough guy and I'm sure him and his office will only get better. But this was my experience. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- I had a lot of issues with Adam and his staff that all never should have arose. That caused a lot of issues, time and headache for everyone!!! From wrong vin numbers over and over on the same car, wrong coverages, Coverages not being applied correctly, mis information, wrong accounts for auto pay, wrong spelling of my name, screwing up my auto payments not contacting me or lying about contacting me, at one point intern leaving us uninsured while on a out of state Vacation, the list goes on... It was such a pain which seemed like every other month there was an issue and it took so much to just get my coverages and payments correct. What if I actually had a loss durning that time!.. Like not informing me when SF dropped my renters. Never any solid information, being told I don't need medical coverage because my medical insurance is good which then cost us $5k after my wife was hit, yea that sucks!. This branch was aways blowing smoke and back pedaling. And believe me thats putting it politely. Thats after 2 great years in CA with a different branch from SF whom I still talk to too this day. And now being with a new branch here in Vegas, this guy always has my info at the drop of a hat and found errors, missing coverages I thought where applied, etc. That he had to fix after Adam pawned me off on him. It is such a relief to finally just get direct quotes, information, and just be able to ask when is my due date or cost and he knows the answer. Also this agent has never once said "call my staff" or transferred my call, had someone else call me back etc. Nope he handles it direct, keeps it simple, doesn't bs me and always has my information pulled up while we talk. I hate writing bad reviews, I have only written two out of fifteen and two years on yelp. Again, I'm sure at some point this will become a much better branch. And I wish Adam and his all the best. But he knows this and we know this- it was a nightmare of an experience for my wife and I there.
