  • This review is for the Parts Dept. Recently I got into a minor incident which required me to get a new bumper. Unfortunately, there were no aftermarket bumper so my mechanic said the only thing I should do is call Toyota and get the part from them. I called Brimell as it was the closest to my mechanic and I'm sooo happy I did. I dealt with Ted who was honest and very reliable, he followed up with me regularly to insure I was getting the right part, it was going to arrive on time, and that I didn't need anything else. He was always available every time I called with small questions. Great customer service! Thanks Brimell
