I went to the Studio City location to purchase a DJI Osmo earlier this week and was pointed to ordering the camera online since it was out of stock at that location. The process online was simple and they took my money with no problem. After not receiving any confirmation I decided to call the Las Vegas location, every day for the last four days. Three days of runaround and no confirmation, I finally spoke to someone who told me that they were not in stock.
I told them that I wanted my money returned and am currently on day five of trying to speak to someone. No returned calls for two days and they will not answer their phones.
I highly recommend staying away from this business unless you can walk out of a location with the product in hand.
