  • Would leave a ZERO if I COULD. KC was the person who cut my son's hair today. My son has been sporting an undercut for quite some time. His hair WAS REALLY LONG. All he needed was for the sideburns to be cleaned up and a trim of what he already had.....NOTHING ELSE. KC pretty much cut his long locks and my son's hair looked like a mushroom. He did not even put any product in my son's hair to even style it like an undercut...I told him to STOP and asked if we could ask someone one else to try and fix his hair. He not only was very DEFENSIVE AND ARGUMENTATIVE when I attempted to tell him that my son only needed the sides cleaned and a minimal trim but he then asked "DOES ANYONE WANNA FIX THIS". My son was practically in tears. Then another young man who has a burgundy hat, who was the person who had actually given him the most awesome undercut previously, asked what was wrong and I explained that my son had already come in with the undercut and just needed a minimal trim and instead got all his hair cut off. He did not charge me for the cut, which was expected after that ordeal but the behavior from KC was unacceptable. Rather than socialize during my son's haircut he should have been paying a bit more attention to what he was doing. If anybody actually cares and if all their cameras actually work, please free to check your system from around 10 this morning and see how much time was actually wasted by KC and how much attention he was actually giving to his neighbor and co-worker instead of what he should have been doing. In addition, the cameras will also reflect the length my son's hair when we came in with versus the condition when we left. I called for information about the owner but was told her name is Camila or Carolina and that she is never there and that I could not speak with her because there is no number to contact her. The manager offered to relay the message but never even took my number so that speaks volumes. I did have to go to another salon later in the same day because my son was in tears so this had to get resolved. We went to SALON CHIC, and the lady was so nice but she pretty much had to cut off all my son's hair and now he sports a very short do. No worries though.....we will never be back to that barbershop......there are TOO MANY OTHER OPTIONS.
