  • Today was my second time driving across the entire city to only be turned away. It's been very disappointing. I have a 4 month old at home and had to arrange a sitter. For an appointment that was arranged almost 2 weeks ago. While I was pregnant I set up my first appointment online, arrived early and somehow was double booked. I was sent home and told I needed to rebook another time. It honestly took me months to try this place again and I only did because the owner and I connected over being from Germany. She gave me her personal number and said she'd make sure to get me in next time and I should just text her when I'm ready. Today they called me and asked me if I was available to come in an hour earlier, so I got in the car and came right away. As I pulled up (30 minutes later), the salon called again saying they needed to reschedule. I was already outside, so I walked in and was turned away again. I'm very disappointed the stylist didn't call me herself and had someone else handle this unfortunate situation. This establishment will never ever receive my business again. And I will definitely be letting my family and friends know how unprofessional I've been treated not once, but twice.
